Resolved Question: How do i get my licenses back when the DMV suspended then due to uninsured motor accident? (it's not my fault)?
Hi, about a year ago a was in a car accident at a intersection, my light was green just going to yellow as i crossed the crosswalk when i noticed a car coming too fast to stop, coming from my left side, i tried to maneuver out of the way but the guy hit me right in mu rear driver side tire, blah blah blah.... well cops came and all, he said i ran the light, i said he ran it (he did) and we both have one other person in the car that was a witness to this. police says its default, no way to prove it, his own insurances company said the same thing when i asked them to pay for my damage, then the DMV suspends my licenses because of the accident until i pay his insurance company $6000..... now i have no licenses and no job, how do i fix this problem when it's not my fault????? plezz help ASAP..... ok sorry i see i did not word is right, i was driving through a intersection on a green light then it changed to yellow as my car aproched the crosswalk (as normal) then the other guy runs a red light and hits me. the crash is not my fault.! in wisconsin its legal to operate a vehicle with out insurance
