Voting Question: accident with a TTC bus, just a minor scratch.?
I am 19 years of age, and I got into an accident with a TTC bus. I tipped the back of the bus slightly, not even a scratch on the bus, but a tiny scratch on my car bonet. Police came and they did all the paper work and the police filled up the "Motor Vehicle Accident Report" and gave me a ticket of "not turn in safety" for $110.00. Questions: 1. If I appeal and go to court and I don't end up paying the fine, will my insurance go high? 2. The "accident report" he made, does this mean my insurance company already got notified of this accident and my insurance will shoot up 3. If I do pay the fine, will my insurance company know about it and i'll have a high insurance? What is the best thing to do in this situation? Please HELP. My parents are already soo mad.
